I absolutely love his shows, his restaurants, and his overall personality.  Gordon Ramsey is an amazing motivator, who is you can see through the tough exterior, has a great heart…and great intentions.  Here is a wonderful article I came across at Entrepreneur.com that will give some insight into his motivating techniques.  Btw…try reading it without internally speaking with the accent!

You might not think you could derive management lessons from a cooking show, but I was recently struck by the motivating power of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay on the season premiere of Fox’s MasterChef. The opening sequence alone served as a master class in how to rev up a sales team.

Here is how Ramsay gets his contestants prepared for battle:
